Erin Fagan

Erin is a West-Auckland based composer, teacher, arranger, musical director and pianist. A post-graduate student of Auckland University, Erin achieved First-Class Honours in Composition in 2015 and has since been working as a composer for theatre, musicals, short films, chamber groups, orchestras and more.

Erin has a solid background in scoring for an eclectic range of styles and genres, and has had performances of his work in theatre, film, the classical stage and even multimedia online game platforms. Erin has had works performed by the Auckland Symphony Orchestra, Manukau Symphony Orchestra and Wairua Sinfonietta, for which he is currently their inaugural Composer-in-Residence.

With nearly two decades of musical experience behind him, Erin displays a detailed and insightful range of musical knowledge and ability.
