About
‘Chiaroscuro’ was a term that fascinated me during my formative years and I often sought to convey the ‘light and dark’ contrast method in a musical context. I would often loose myself in the idea and kept wondering how far I could stretch concept. This short work for piano was the first piece I wrote as a student after arriving in Singapore.
