About
Following the success of Midnight Rain, written for the University of Auckland Glee Club in 2014, I offer to write a piece for their 2015 concert. The theme of growing up needed a piece about weddings and marriage. This anonymous text is quoted on several wedding planning sites, and details the preparations by means of an invitation to the event. It says not to bother buying anything because the bride and groom have everything they need, but contributions towards the honeymoon would be welcome! To this text, a chorus based on the traditional wedding vows has been added.
