Judy is the William Evans Associate Professor in Voice at the University of Otago, New Zealand. She has sung many operatic roles, including creating six roles in New Zealand operas, and has sung as soloist with all the major Choirs and Orchestras in New Zealand. Judy’s concert repertoire is extensive and she enjoys all genres of vocal music. She is a widely respected singing teacher and was President of the New Zealand Association of Teachers of Singing for six years.

The DVD (and booklet) features a collection of exercises Judy has used over the past forty years or so, in many different situations. Many are exercises she has developed herself and some she has gleaned from master teachers throughout the world. She hopes that all the exercises will stimulate you to develop further similar exercises to suit your own individual teaching needs and requirements.
