A NZ International Festival event.
UK-based Kiwi pianist Stephen De Pledge returns to New Zealand to play a solo concert. The centrepiece is Landscape Preludes, a suite of 12 works commissioned from New Zealand's most renowned composers. While several have received performances on their own before, this will be the first occasion on which all 12 have been heard together.
