Nite Flite is a good old-fashioned nightmare. These happen particularly leading up to important events and often we are woken to the voice of reason. For children this is when the adults come into the room and comforting them. For us adults waking up and realising it’s just a dream is a great relief. The middle section is the voice of reason. Nite Flites are sometimes easy to slip back into.
