About
This setting was written for the 2015 NZ Singing School, where the composer was the school's first composer-in-residence. It sets a poem by New Zealand's best-known children's poet Margaret Mahy. It tells of a child playing joyfully on the beach, between the hills on one side an the sea on the other.
