About
“If women are invisible, then it doesn't really matter how important they are, because in the public consciousness they don't exist.”
— Dr Amanda Foreman, Historian
— AMPLIFICATION —
The piece incorporates some spoken elements, so the violins and viola should be amplified with pickups that will amplify both the instrument and the performer's voice. The cello should have a pickup or microphone, and the cellist should have a second, separate microphone for their spoken part.
