Composed by the Free Radicals, a Wellington-based art music duo comprised of Jonathan Besser and Ross Harris.
This track is based on programmed rhythmic tracks using FM synthesizers. Ross improvises on French Horn that is tracked by a Roland ‘Pitch to Voltage Converter’, while Jonathan plays a brass patch on the Roland JX3P. This is a live performance from the ‘Hot Winter Music Series’ at Downstage Theatre in 1988, recorded by Sam Negri on a Sony PCM-501ES Digital Recorder.
