About
I composed this piece for tuba and piano after hearing my wife, Ingrid Prosser, singing a catchy tune she had composed around the house. I had great fun developing her tune a little more to create a fun piece for tuba and piano. The title, "Hokey Pokey", came along all on its own. I should add that this all happened during the lockdown.
