Christopher Norton was assigned the third movement of JS Bach’s BWV 827 - the Corrente - in the Stephen De Pledge commissioned-and-performed ‘A New Zealand Partita’. De Pledge describes it as the “liveliest and most energetic” of the suite and “fittingly, also the most fleeting.”
