In Java, sama sama "that's fine" is the usual friendly response to terima kasih "thankyou".
This piece is my response to a vividly memorable time spent attending a contemporary composition festival in Jogja when I was the Jack C Richards/Creative New Zealand resident composer (2008-2009).
