This guitar album features David Hamilton's Pioneer Spirit, commissioned and performed by Bruce Paine. As a bonus, the final track is a recording of English composer John Duarte's setting of Hine e Hine. Along with other Spanish and Argentine pieces, these tracks - recorded in the beautiful acoustic environment of the Auckland Museum - make for delightful guitar album.
