Amazon is a trio basso of fine musicians from the New Zealand Symphony:
Peter Barber - viola; Robert Ibell - cello; Vicki Jones - double bass.
Peter Barber tells us: "The sound is dark and potent, a bit like 72% dark chocolate, but without the calories! We're playing music by Bach, Beethoven, Michael Haydn, Goltermann, Tschaikovsky, and Klezmer Trio by Ross Harris."
