At times achingly lyrical, yet frequently igniting with a passion that verges on reckless, the NZ Trio’s Fire and Water tour is a showcase for both contemporary and classical music lovers.
The programme features a collection of works created within the last decade by composers from Brazil, the US, Japan and New Zealand including the world première of Eve de Castro-Robinson’s At water’s birth , commissioned by the NZ Trio.
