Made in New Zealand 2007

This celebration of music by New Zealand composers is now an annual concert event from the NZSO during New Zealand Music Month. This year’s programme includes the premiere of Eve De Castro-Robinson’s setting of Bill Manhire’s words These Arms To Hold You, commissioned by the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society to mark their centenary. The concert also features Alfred Hill’s The Moon’s Golden Horn. A pre-concert Composer’s Forum will be held in the Ilott Theatre from 5:15pm.
