The last of the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra's Masterworks Series for 2007. Sir William Southgate conducts a programme that includes John Rimmer's Europa: Concerto for Brass Band with special guests the Woolston Brass Band.
Also on the programme are Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 2 in G (John Chen soloist) and Ravel's arrangements of Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition .
