Michael Joel conducts the Wellington Chamber Orchestra in their final 2012 concert. Works by New Zealand composers Larry Pruden and Anthony Ritchie are complemented by two favourites by Felix Mendelssohn.
Michael Joel, also a member of the viola section of the Vector Wellington Orchestra, has conducted the WCO in concerts in July 2008, June 2009, September and December 2010, and December 2011.
Violin soloist, Kate Oswin, has just completed her third year studying towards a Bachelor of Music in Classical Performance at Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music.
