2010 BOP Music School

The Bay of Plenty Music School provides a unique opportunity for musicians of all ages to get together in a friendly non-competitive atmosphere. It caters for choral, orchestral and band musicians, both adult and student. Players work in groups under the guidance of the expert conductors, building towards a performance on the Sunday afternoon.

This year the choir is conducted by Christine Argyle, the orchestra by Rupert D'Cruze and the Symphonic Band by Peter Thomas.

The venue for this three day annual music school moves each year between Rotorua, Tauranga, Whakatane and New Plymouth. 2010 will be the 41st year for the Bay of Plenty Music School.
