This concert represents the culmination of the 2009 "SOUNZtender":http://sounz.org.nz/news_articles/show/198 fundraising project. Five generous commissioners, five inspired composers, five exciting new works and five top New Zealand performers come together for one extraordinary concert.

The concert is extraordinary not only in that it completes the creative cycle of commissioner, composer, new work, performer and audience but also in the sheer musical talent represented.
