The Nelson Composer's Workshop is organised and run annually by the Composers Association of New Zealand with financial assistance from APRA, Creative NZ, the Marion Reyward Trust and the McKee Trust. This year’s NCW took place from 5-9 July, and was convened by Samuel Holloway and Mary Binney. Participants include composers (mentors and students) and performers from all over New Zealand.
This concert of new Zealand works was programmed as an introductory event for the 2009 NCW.
