About
In the work shards of musical material are sequenced “through the instrument while the audio is extracted in real time. This audio is then sampled, transposed, manipulated and finally spacialised throughout the space via a loudspeaker array.” The work seeks to reverse the traditional instrument-with-live-electronics paradigm by “positioning the composition of the processing as an equal peer to that of the instrument.”
