06 May 2001: Premiered at Canada's Open Ears Festival by Vilma Vitols (mezzo-soprano), Ya-wen Wang (piano) and Susan Macpherson (dancer) with choreography by Bill James; lighting by Paul Mathiesen; costumes by Evelyn von Michalofski; video by Nick de Pencier; and set designs by Juliet Palmer, Paul Mathiesen and Evelyn von Michalofski.
