The lyrics for these choral settings came from Farming Journals of the early twentieth century. The first two songs paint little pictures of a woman’s life in rural New Zealand. The third is a rueful look at managing sheep before the days of drenches and modern veterinary treatments. Unfortunately we do not know the writers’ real names. Available for SATB piano and SAB and piano.
