  • Alleluia: a newë work! 2008
  • 10 May 2008 8:00 PM

Following the success of this concert concept in 2007, Baroque Voices once again perform works which explore similar ideas but which are separated by centuries. A theme of ‘duality / opposites’ is emerging… old & new, female & male with sub-themes of ‘beginnings / genesis’, ‘praise’ and ‘holiness’.

Alongside old masters, seven world premieres will be given, all Baroque Voices commissions, four of which were funded through Creative New Zealand.
