STILL MUSIC: Lilburn’s electroacoustic music and late piano works

This concert, curated by Composition lecturers Michael Norris and Dugal McKinnon, interweaves the late piano miniatures of Douglas Lilburn with a selection of his electroacoustic works. The acoustic and electroacoustic is juxtaposed in such a way that we can hear how he became fascinated by issues of space, sound and symmetry. A beautiful, meditative concert featuring Doctoral student Xing Wang playing the piano works.
