 very thin metal rod (e.g. unravelled paper clip), jazz brushes | PERC 3: 4 ceramic flowerpots (each tuned slightly differently, exact pitch unimportant) triangle, crotale (medium-high pitch), recorder or bamboo flute, ocarina, length of corrugated plastic conduit tube, large bowl of water, medium rubber mallets, triangle beater, bow for crotale | PERC 4: small handheld cymbal (such as a jingbo Chinese cymbal, or 10” handheld cymbal), 1 pair of finger cymbals, length of corrugated plastic conduit tube, kalimba/mbira (thumb piano) with at least 9 blades, flexatone, large bowl of water, soft felt mallets, violin or cello bow
