The Nathan Haines Jazz Quintet performs with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Hamish McKeich. As well as a work by New Zealand composer Victoria Kelly, this CD features classic jazz tracks by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, Jacques Brel, John Coltrane, Cole Porter, Patrice Rushen, as well as new works by members of the Nathan Haines Jazz Quintet.
