14 May 2016: Performed by the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Hamish McKeich, with Strike Percussion (Murray Hickman, Hannah Neman, Tim Whitta and Thomas Friggens) at the Air Force Museum of New Zealand, Wigram, Christchurch.
