Recording

Ray Twomey was born in England, raised and educated in New Zealand, studying under Douglas Lilburn and David Farquhar, and now works and composes in Canada. The autobiographical work Sinfonia Op11a reflects these three countries and his life in each. The Concertino for violin features outstanding Bulgarian violinist Chrysanthema Pashunkova.
