Recording
- From Scratch: Pacific 3.2.1 Zero, Eye/Drum
cassette
Philip Nicholas’ recording of Pacific 3-2-1 Zero (part 1) in 1993 was made to accompany his award-winning film for the TVNZ arts programme Work of Art. The second work on this cassette, Eye/Drum, evolved as a result of a new set of instruments and a desire to expand the timbral and rhythmic language of ‘From Scratch’ in a fresh way.
