This CD is a recording of the touring programme of the NZSO National Youth Orchestra of 2005 conducted by Edwin Outwater. This was the occasion of the inaugural Composer in residence position with the NYO and it was awarded to Robin Toan.
Other works on the CD are by Glinka, Prokofiev (Piano Concerto No 3 with John Chen soloist) and Tchaikovsky.
