Throughout the years soprano Judy Bellingham has been one of New Zealand’s leading vocalists. In addition, she is a strong advocate of New Zealand composition and all four works on this album by Anthony Ritchie, Dorothy Buchanan and David Hamilton have been commissioned by her. Bellingham is here accompanied by two other high-profile New Zealand performers: Terence Dennis (piano) and Debbie Rawson (clarinet).
