The Auckland Mandolinata Orchestra, directed by Bryan Holden, perform the work they commissioned from Yvette Audain. Three Auckland Nocturnes is a 10-minute work in three continuous movements, for full plectrum orchestra plus optional flute and accordion. The movements are entitled 1. in a cellar below street level; 2. look’d @ stars; 3. SPARK!
