After four years of “Remix” courses at OMAC (the Otara Music and Arts Centre) where APO musicians and professional hip hop artists came together to work with young urban musicians, we present a full-scale orchestral concert of new music developed from these sessions.

DJCXL (who’ll be DJing throughout), Frisko (aka Alphrisk), Tyree and Ermehn will all be performing along with longstanding members of the Remix crew JEM and Anonymouz.
Graffiti crew FDKNS will also be involved drawing in real time on tablet computers, and the results will be projected on screens as they work.

Fusing the power of the full symphony sound, the message of local lyrics, the groove of pro hip hop artists and the improvising talent of a number of gifted performers, the resulting performance will be nothing short of mind-blowing.
