Emma Sayers and Richard Mapp embark on a five-concert North Island tour under the auspices of Chamber Music New Zealand.

The programme of duets is designed to tempt your musical taste buds including works (and arrangements of works) by J S Bach, Schubert, Mozart, Satie, Ravel and Brahms and a new commission from Ken Young.
Their blend of astute musicianship, attention to detail, and sheer joy of music-making will ensure a thoroughly enjoyable feast!

Richard and Emma have been working together as colleagues and pianists for close to ten years—and are currently both on the staff at the New Zealand School of Music in Wellington. They both perform regularly as soloists, in collaboration with other musicians as accompanists, and in chamber music ensembles. They have performed together as duettists on many occasions.
