Part of the St Andrew’s Season of Concerts for March 2010.

The SMP Ensemble present a diverse concert of works by from composers across the globe: from Henryk Gorecki to Lera Auerbach, from Charles Ives, John Adams and John Philip Sousa to works by New Zealand composers: Jack Body, Anton Killin, Richard Robertshawe, Simon Eastwood, Carol Shortis, Karlo Margetic and Andrzej Nowicki.

The SMP Ensemble was formed in October 2008 as a forum for Wellington-based composers & performers, including many from the New Zealand School of Music and Victoria University of Wellington.
