Listen to the World! is the motto as the ISCM World New Music Days take place in Visby, Växjö and Gothenburg between 24 September and 4 October 2009. The ISCM World New Music Days is an international festival that focuses on contemporary music and sound art.
The Swedish Radio Choir, conducted by Cecilia Rydinger Alin, give one of the opening concert in the festival presenting music for choir from around the world. The programme includes includes works by composers from Sweden, Canada, New Zealand and the Faroe Islands.
