New Zealand School of Music (NZSM) host a concert and reception to farewell the 2008-2009 CNZ – Jack C Richards Composer in Residence Helen Bowater and welcome the 2009/2010 recipient, John Rae.

Visiting pianist Wojciech Wisniewski will perform Nekhbet and Wire Dogs by Helen Bowater and Jazz composer John Rae, will perform three of his own works: Apig the Great, Therapeutic Music, and _Baal Habayit Hishtageya (The Boss Has Lost It) with a jazz combo consisting of himself on drummkit, Mike Isaacs (tenor sax), Vaughn Roberts (trumpet), Paul Dyne (bass), Wojciech Wisniewski (piano) and Al Campbell (guitar).
