The Royal New Zealand Ballet bring you their 2009 season of Peter Pan, with music by Philip Norman, choreographed by Russell Kerr and designed by the late Kristian Fredrikson.

Leave the mundane behind and watch the whimsical world of make-believe unfold as Peter Pan flies through the window of the Darling nursery in search of his shadow. After teaching the children to fly, they all set out on an adventure like no other – to Neverland, the home of the Lost Boys. There they encounter the ferocious Hook and his gang of pirates, Indians and the feisty fairy Tinkerbell.

Join Peter Pan, Wendy, Hook, Tinkerbell and the Lost Boys for a sprinkling of magic in this fun and enduring classic.

This performance will use the recording of Peter Pan made in 1999 by the Wellington Sinfonia conducted by Kenneth Young.
