Positioned in the heart of Taupo’s central business district, the Great Lake Centre is a versatile venue purpose built for cultural, theatrical, corporate and sporting events. Within the Great Lake Centre is The Crater Room, a unique purpose-built cabaret and music venue, with tiered cabaret-style seating and table service.

The Crater Room at the Great Lake Centre is one of the major venues for concerts staged as part of the ERUPT Lake Taupo Festival.
