Expressions has been designed with flexible spaces that can be adjusted depending on the event and numbers of people attending. The facilities include the 200-seat Genesis Energy Theatre, Café Cibo with catering and bar facilities, Rotary Foyer fronting onto Fergusson Drive which functions as an exhibiting and activity space and the Riverstone Recreation hall with wooden sprung floor – 800 seated, 1120 standing or 500 at tables.

The Genesis Energy Theatre is designed to bring together artists and audiences in an atmosphere of visual intimacy and acoustic excellence. The Theatre is situated on the upper level of the building and can be accessed via stairs or public elevator. Wheelchair spaces are available.

The upper level location is also linked to Gibbs Court, an indoor/outdoor area suitable for cocktail evenings or receptions.
