The School of Music’s Music Theatre is the venue for regular concerts by University and visiting musicians. It is available for hire at weekends and during University holidays. The nearest street access is at 6 Symonds Street.
The Theatre is in the centre of the School of Music, has fixed seating for 153 people and bleacher seating for 45 more. It has a grand piano and harpsichord as well as full multimedia presentation and lecturing facilities.
