Biography

SCHULZ, STEPHAN Walter Born Berlin 6-12-65. Six years primary schooling in Berlin. Studied recorder from age 5, violin from age 10. Emigrated to Wellington with parents in 1978 (age 12). Attended Rongotai College (1979-83), Victoria University of Wellington (1984-91) BA 1987, BMus 1989, MMus 1991. Composition tutors include David Farquhar, Jack Body and Ross Harris.
